Most of us don’t choose isolation.

We don’t wake up one morning and decide to do life on our own. It usually happens more quietly than that—through responsibility, busyness, fatigue, or just trying to keep up.

Somewhere along the way, we learn how to carry things ourselves. And eventually, we forget we don’t have to.

That’s how we end up carrying life alon…
